ABSTRACT

Man In The Barrel Syndrome is a term used to describe the clinical picture found proximal muscle weakness in the both upper extremities with normal muscle strength in the lower limbs. Man In The Barrel Syndrome also named as the brachial diplegia is a rare disease and can occur due to a variety of etiologic factors. We described that a case of brachial diplegia asosiated with post-cervical trauma and responding to the steroid therapy.
