ABSTRACT

We aimed to present a case that has ipsilateral eye tearing complaint since childhood, diagnosed as reduplicated lacrimal punctum-canaliculus in biomicroscopic examination and that, dissolved tearing complaint with simple canaliculus dilatation. Twenty-five years old male patient applied with ipsilateral tearing complaint. Supernumery lacrimal punctum and canaliculus were seen as located medial to the normally situated lacrimal punctum on the lower eyelid. After dilatation of double punctum and canaliculus, there was no epiphora during 7 months follow-up.
