ABSTRACT

Hypersecretory lesions of breast are rarely seen. Excisional biopsy was performed in a 44-year-old woman who had bilateral palpable masses, and the biopsy material demonstrated all morphologic findings from hypersecretory hyperplasia to carcinoma in-situ. A case with diffuse atypical hypersecretory hyperplasia and focal carcinoma in-situ is presented and hypersecretory lesions of breast are discussed in the present article.
