ABSTRACT
Sertoliform endometrioid adenocarcinoma is a rare ovarian tumor. Bilateral pelvic masses were detected radiologically in a 52-year-old female patient who presented with pelvic pain. Histologically, in addition to classic endometrioid adenocarcinoma areas, sex cord-stromal tumor like tubular, trabecular structures and small nests were seen. Immunohistochemically, strong progesteron receptor expression and occasional chromogranin-A positive argirophilic cells were observed. The differential diagnosis between this tumor and ovarian sex cord-stromal tumors is important since the latter has a benign course.
