ABSTRACT
Post-burn deformities of the breast may lead to severe psychological pressure on women. However, It is very difficult to correct this type of deformities and achieve an aesthetically satisfactory result. Therefore, appropriate patient selection and accurate surgical planning have quite importance. At the present time, a limited number of cases on this subject are presented in the literature. In this paper, a case which was underwent a repair with inferior "wise pattern" mastopexy technique due to a unilateral post-burn breast deformity is presented. No postoperative complication was encountered. Aesthetic results were extremely satisfactory for both the patient and surgeon.
