ABSTRACT

A patient who had severe right palmar contracture due to burn in his childhood was assessed. Reconstruction with free flap was planned. The contracture was released and the resulting defect was reconstructed with free anterolateral thigh flap. Anterolateral thigh flap is a choice of operation which can be used in palmar contracture release.
