ABSTRACT
We report a case of periacetabular ganglion associated with the tear of superolateral labrum. Periasetabular ganglion is useful indirect sign of acetabular labral abnormality. These signs may be used for the early detection of labral tears on conventional MRI and enable accurate treatment, since these patients are prone to premature osteoarthritis.
