ABSTRACT
Implant supported prostheses fabricated without surgical guiding stents after inappropriate radiographic and tomographic evaluation result in various complications. These complications are inaccurate insertion path, insufficient retention and poor stability. In this article a case using a fixed partial denture supported with incorrectly angulated dental implants and a labial bar major connector is presented. In this case a labial bar was used in order to provide the retention and stability of the prosthes, and chewing function was returned despite esthetic deficiencies.
