ABSTRACT

Leukemic infiltration of the prostate has rarely been reported. The majority of the published cases with prostatic involvement were chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). An autopsy series of leukemia patients documented an actual prevalence of prostatic involvement higher than clinical series. To our knowledge, this is the first report of a case with coexistence of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), CLL and its prostatic infiltration diagnosed by transrectal ultrasonography (TRUS) guided prostate biopsy.
