ABSTRACT

Sinus pericranii is a rare vascular anomaly involving an abnormal communication between the intracranial and extracranial venous circulations. We report a case of sinus pericranii with right parietooccipital location which is unusual and present the percutaneous sinusography, MR imaging and angiographic features of this rare entity.
