ABSTRACT

Epidermoid tumors are rare benign tumors, representing 0.3 to 1.8% of all intracranial neoplasms. Epidermoid tumors are most often located in the cerebellopontine angle cistern and parasellar region, and may rarely be found in diploe. These lesions grow slow-ly and do not involve intracranial com-partment. The radiological imaging find-ings of an intradiploic epidermoid cyst are presented in this case.

Keywords: Computed tomography, diffusion weighted imaging, epidermoid cyst, magnetic resonance imaging
