ABSTRACT

Having had knowledge about root canal morphology of the teeth improves the rate of successful root canal treatment. Mandibular molar teeth usually have two canals at one mesial root, while one canal in distal root. Two roots for mandibular first molar tooth is a common situation,however this incidence is uncommon for mandibular second molar tooth and the treatment for this case will be presented.
