ABSTRACT

Coronary artery fistulas connecting coronary arteries to the cardiac cavities can be found incidentally during coronary angiography and can cause ischemia by leading coronary steal syndrome. In this report, we present a 49 year-old woman who underwent coronary angiography showing double fistulas to left ventricle one from circumflex and one from left anterior descending artery with the symptomps of exertional chest pain, positive stress test and normal myocardial perfusion sintigraphy.
