ABSTRACT

Fasciculoventricular accessory pathway is a rare type of preexcitation which does not cause any tachyarrhythmia and connects the His bundle to the adjacent ventricular myocardium. Frequently, it is a bystander to the other type of tachycardia. This case report summarizes a case with frequent palpitations and intermittent left sided posteroseptal accessory pathway along with an intermittent fasciculoventricular accessory pathway. The left sided posteroseptal accessory pathway was ablated successfully and the related literature was reviewed.
