ABSTRACT
The purpose of this descriptive study is to evaluate the performance of healthcare professionals and determine differences according to some socio-demographic factors if any. The study is carried out on the personnel working in medical institutions in Bingöl Province and 105 people are reached. Survey method is used in the study. The first part contains 6 articles to determine the sociodemographic characteristics and the second part contains 25 articles to determine the employee performance. SPSS 22.0 software is used to analyze the data and frequency analysis, T-Test and Mann-Whitney-U test are used. The average score of the employee performance survey is found as 45,06±10,95 and it is evaluated that the performance of the participants is below average. In addition, no statistically significant difference is found in the employee performance score averages according to socio-demographic factors. It is considered that interventions should be made to increase the employee performance and awareness should be raised among health management authorities in relation to the matter.
