ABSTRACT
Atherosclerotic coronary artery disease is the leading cause of myocardial ischemia. In clinical practice, other triggering factors should also be kept in mind which may precipitate myocardial ischemia in coronary artery disease patients. In this case report, we presented a case of carbonmonoxide posioning leading to acute myocardial infarction in a coronary artery disease patient.
