ABSTRACT
Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare cause of myocardial ischemia, and only a few patients are diagnosed angiographically when alive. In this case report, we present a case of spontaneous coronary artery dissection presenting in association with coronary ectasia, in whom we diagnosed by coronary angiography.
