Although ectopic tooth is generally asymptomatic, it sometimes may cause unexplained tooth sensitivity, and facial and tooth pain. It is usually diagnosed during routine clinical and radiological evaluation. Our cases were two patients with ectopic tooth who suffered from atypical facial pain. Computed tomography is necessary in the planning of diagnosis and treatment of ectopic tooth. The treatment is removal of the ectopic tooth.
