Perirenal abscess and nephrobronchial fistula developing secondary to xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis

Xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis may have chronic non-specific findings and inflammatory process may extremely progress before manifestation of complaints. Nephrobronchial fistula is one of the rare complications of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis. In this article, we present a case of perirenal abcess and a rare complication of nephrobronchial fistula developing secondary to xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis, and their computed tomographic images in a 20-yearold male patient.
