Oral lichen planus: a case report

Oral lichen planus is a relatively common chronic inflammatory disorder. Oral reticular lichen planus was bilaterally observed in buccal mucosa in a 56-year-old male patient. Its treatment was performed with topical corticosteroid. The aim of this case report is to discuss the clinical characteristics of oral lichen planus.
