Nasolabial cyst is a rare disease which develops from non-odontogenic epithelium and is usuallu unilateral, especially seen in the left side. Nasolabial cyst is usually asymptomatic and it is localized near the lateral nasal wing. As the size of the cyst grows it becomes symptomatic by manifesting swelling in the face and hard palate, sometimes in the form of nasal obstruction. The preferred treatment is the excision of the cyst by sublabial approach, while there are other optional treatments like cyst aspiration, endoscopic marsupialization by transnasal approach and injection of slerosing agents. İn this article we present two cases with initial diagnosis of nasolabial cyst who were performed sublabial cyst excision and the diagnosis was histopathologically verified ;the radiological findings and the treatment approaches being presented according to literature information.
