Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, is unexplained reasons and characterized with left ventricular hypertrophy, is an inherited chronic disease of the heart muscle. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is seen rarely but it is very important because of genetic transmission and high risk of sudden cardiac death. Echocardiography is basic application for diagnosis left ventricular hypertrophy. We defined a rare case in literature which has massive left ventricular hypertrophy.
