Arterial pseudoaneurysms are vascular pathologies caused mainly by vascular trauma, infection, vasculitis, surgery or other invasive medical interventions. Arterial pseudoaneurysms may cause mortal or morbid complications such as arterial occlusion, infection, local compression, distal embolization and bleeding to the external or internal surface. These complications may threat the patient life. In this case report a huge pseudoaneurysm on the left superficial femoral artery which occurred after trauma will be presented. This case who had a huge aneurysm sac, compressing the surrounded muscles and caused massive muscular necrosis, will be discussed under literature knowledge.
