Maxillo-facial prostheses are supportive and a good alternative to surgical reconstruction in the repair of facial defects resulting from congenital, traumatic or infectious etiologies. These prostheses have esthetical roles, and fabrication of them is complex and costly. In this case report a different technique, which was assessed to decrease the preparation mistakes frequently occuring during the fabrication of these prostheses was used. By using this technique it was determined that the tissue details were reflected to the prostheses with no mistake.
