Mediastinal, pulmonary and metastatic masses are among the comman causes are frequently caused vena of cava superior syndrome. A patient with rezected tymoma was admitted to our clinic. We performed right subclavian vein and right internal jugulary vein through the vena cava süperior with dacron graft. The patient was evaluated and discussed in the Wiew of literature knowledge.
