Occlusion of saphenous vein grafts, being used in the coronary artey by-pass operation, can cause severe ischemia and, also, acute myocardial infarction, in the regions provided blood from the same vein grafts. In this report, we present an interesting case who had a sequential saphenous vein graft which occluded proximally but remained open distally and provided blood between two arteries. Fortunately, providing blood between two arteries caused ischemia at low level.
