Practise of Hysteroscopy in Gynecologic Oncology

Nowadays in obstetrics and gyneacologic practice hysteroscopy is a basic tool in evaluation and treatment of infertile women, in functional and anatomical searching of uterine anomalies, in the investigation and method of anormal uterine bleeding. And has a central importance in the investigation and treatment of benign, premalign and malign lesions of uterine cavity and low uterine segment. Hysteroscopy: is a investigation tool whose value is increasing daily by being minimal invasive, owing high sensitivity and spesivity, being reliable and fast, could be done in office and is a investigation tool which doesn't give discomfort to the patient,needing short time, and could be done in every follow-up stage.
