Leiomyoma is a benign smooth muscle tumor. It arises mostly from ciliary body in ocular structures. A ciliary body mass showing transillumination was detected in a 30-year-old woman who admitted to our clinic because of decrease in her vision. Leiomyoma of the ciliary body was diagnosed after histopathological and immunohistochemical evaluation of the incisional biopsy specimen. Leiomyoma mass was removed by internal resection and vitrectomy surgery.
