Aortic aneurysm is a significant clinical situation because of the complications. Aneurysm enlargement is frequently associated with significant dissection and rupture risk. Currently, although diagnostic methods provide early diagnosis, giant aneurysm with dissection rarely can be cured. In this case, we report a patient with huge aortic dissecting aneurysm and thrombus.
