Congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries is a rare congenital heart disease usually diagnosed during childhood. These patients are rarely asymptomatic. Therefore, they remain undiagnosed until adulthood . It may be associated with congenital anomalies such as ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect and pulmonary stenosis. We presented a case of congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries associated with ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, pulmoner stenosis, and complete atrioventricular block in an adult asymptomatic patient.
