Wegener’s granulomatosis is an autoimmune, idiopathic disease, characterized by granulomatous vasculitis which involves small arteries and veins in any organ of the body. The disease has limited and systemic forms. It may manifest with symptoms of ear and nose. Otolaryngologists should have a great care and awareness since the diagnostic delay is most often seen in patients presenting with head and neck symptoms. We herein present a case of Wegener’s granulomatosis with prominent involvement of ear and nose in the light of related articles.
