Parathyroid carcinoma is a rare disease and may present with a severe form of hyperparathyroidism. Recurrences may be seen after insufficient treatment. In this case report a 37-year-old male patient with parathyroid carcinoma is presented, and treatment modalities of the disease are discussed.
